Zero Tolerance For CSAE
PetSync explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, and any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms children.
PetSync is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Users may not create accounts, upload content, send messages, or use any feature of PetSync to exploit or harm a minor.
Prohibited Content And Conduct
PetSync does not allow users to:
- Upload, request, share, sell, or promote CSAM or CSAE content.
- Sexualize minors or appear to sexualize minors in any profile, message, image, or media.
- Groom, solicit, coerce, blackmail, traffic, or exploit minors.
- Use coded language, links, usernames, images, or external services to facilitate CSAE.
- Impersonate a minor or misrepresent age to contact or exploit users.
- Encourage, normalize, or coordinate child exploitation or abuse.
In-App Reporting And User Feedback
PetSync provides user reporting and blocking tools so users can report suspected abuse, illegal content, harassment, fake profiles, or safety concerns. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review.
Users and non-users may also report child safety concerns directly to the PetSync child safety point of contact listed below.
Review, Removal, And Escalation
When PetSync identifies or receives a report involving suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment, we may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and report suspected CSAM or illegal conduct to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations as required by applicable law.
PetSync cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement and complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
Prevention Standards
- PetSync is adults-only and requires users to be at least 18 years old.
- Profiles, reports, and safety signals may be reviewed to detect abuse and enforce these standards.
- Users can block other users and report harmful or suspicious behavior.
- Accounts that violate these standards may be permanently removed.
